After Delhi and Bihar, Uttarakhand also experienced seismic activity as mild earthquake tremors were felt in Dharchula on Friday at 7:16 PM. The earthquake measured 3.5 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter in Chhapari, Nepal. The tremors caused panic among residents, prompting them to rush out of their homes.
According to the Pithoragarh District Disaster Management Authority, no damage or casualties have been reported so far. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation and have urged locals to remain alert.
