In preparation for Haridwar Kumbh Mela, the mela administration held a key meeting with representatives of various akharas to discuss arrangements for the upcoming religious congregation next year.
During the meeting, officials and saints deliberated on plans to ensure that the Kumbh is organized in a grand and well-coordinated manner. Discussions focused on infrastructure, crowd management, and ceremonial traditions associated with the event.
It was decided, with the consent of akharas and religious leaders, that grand Peshwai processions will be taken out on the occasions of Amrit Snan. These ceremonial processions are considered a major attraction of the Kumbh and symbolize the formal arrival of akharas for the holy bath.

The administration stated that coordination with religious bodies will continue in the coming months to streamline preparations and ensure smooth conduct of the event.
