Dehradun, 14 Nov: BJP State President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt today expressed delight over the NDA’s historic victory in Bihar. He congratulated the party workers and attributed the NDA win to the development-driven governance of the double engine government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
In a statement issued today, Bhatt asserted that the mandate stands as a clear endorsement of the development works undertaken under their leadership and asserted that the BJP will replicate this successful model in Uttarakhand.
Bhatt claimed that the people of Bihar have once again rejected the legacy of ‘jungle raj’ and have placed their trust in the policies of development and public welfare. He said women, youth, the poor, traders, workers and senior citizens and every section of society have voted in favour of the performance of the double engine government. The BJP State President claimed that the emphatic victories in Bihar and several other states have generated tremendous enthusiasm among party workers in Uttarakhand.
He asserted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Uttarakhand is witnessing all-round development. The prevailing public sentiment, he said, indicates that the BJP is on course to secure a record number of seats in the 2027 Assembly elections.
