SIT Formed to Investigate Allegations of Fraud at Pilot Baba Ashram in Haridwar

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted to probe serious allegations against the saints of Pilot Baba Ashram in Haridwar. The saints have been accused of negligence in medical treatment and embezzlement of property worth crores.

The investigation was initiated following a complaint by disciple Brahmanand Giri, who accused other saints of the ashram located in Jagjeetpur of multiple irregularities. Acting on these allegations, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) ordered the formation of an SIT to ensure a thorough investigation.

The SIT team includes CO City Juhi Manral, SHO Kanakhal Manoj Nautiyal, CIU Haridwar’s Pawan Dimri, officers Amit Nautiyal and Jasvir from Kanakhal Police Station, and Wasim from CIU Haridwar.

The team will delve into the alleged property mismanagement, negligence, and fraud accusations to determine the authenticity of the claims and bring clarity to the controversy surrounding the ashram.
