The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 results have been announced, with 14 candidates securing a perfect 100 percentile. Among them, 13 are male and one is female, with 13 coming from engineering backgrounds. Maharashtra topped the list with five candidates, followed by Telangana with two, and one each from Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
Key Statistics from CAT Results:
- 29 candidates scored 99.99 percentile, including 27 males and two females.
- 30 candidates achieved a 99.98 percentile.
- Only four female candidates made it to the top three percentile brackets.
These results will facilitate MBA admissions across 21 IIMs and 91 other institutions.

Exam Highlights:
The CAT 2024 exam was conducted on November 24 in three shifts. Out of 3.29 lakh applications, 2.93 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, recording an impressive attendance rate of 89%.
