To ensure privacy in Uniform Civil Code (UCC) registration, strict provisions have been introduced. Personal details provided during registration will not be shared with any third party. Only the total number of registrations will be publicly available on the portal’s dashboard.
Privacy Given Top Priority
According to Additional Home Secretary Nivedita Kukreti, key personal details such as name, address, mobile number, Aadhaar number, religion, and caste will remain strictly confidential. The UCC registration count will be the only publicly visible data.
Access Limited to Applicants Only
Only the applicant can access their registration details. If a joint application is filed, the co-applicant can also request information. No one else will have access to these details.
