A museum dedicated to the martyrs of the Uttarakhand statehood movement will soon be constructed near the Shaheed Sthal in Mussoorie. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved the proposal following a request from the Mussoorie Shaheed Smarak Samiti.
In addition to this, the Chief Minister has approved road improvement and tarring from Barad Band to Pankhu Kokila Devi Temple, and from Pankhu to Kotmania via Dharam Ghar in Pithoragarh district.
Further approvals include ₹95.84 lakh for the construction of a multipurpose building in Pitna Gram Panchayat in Jageshwar constituency of Almora district, and ₹99.95 lakh for the construction of four classrooms at Gandhi Inter College, Panuanola.
