CM Dhami Speaks Directly with Complainants via Helpline 1905

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami personally interacted with complainants through the CM Helpline 1905 on Wednesday to assess the effectiveness of grievance redressal. During the session, he directly asked beneficiaries, “Did your problem get solved?” as he reviewed departmental compliance with earlier instructions.

In the previous meeting, CM Dhami had directed all departments to resolve complaints within the given time frame. To ensure follow-up, he spoke with citizens to verify the outcomes. Lakshmi Devi from Uttarkashi confirmed that her family pension issue had been resolved. Jagdamba Prasad Nautiyal from Rudraprayag reported successful resolution of his medical bill reimbursement. Similarly, Bahadur Singh Bisht from Nainital shared that his GPF payment was released.

Citizens thanked the Chief Minister for his personal involvement, stating that it led to timely solutions. CM Dhami emphasized that officers must act with accountability and sensitivity during follow-ups. He warned that complaints must be addressed effectively and within deadlines to maintain public trust.
