Karnataka High Court Directs Prajwal Revanna to Approach Sessions Court for Bail in Rape Case

The Karnataka High Court has refused to entertain the bail plea of former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna, accused in multiple rape and sexual assault cases. The court directed him to first approach the Sessions Court for bail, making it clear that he can return to the High Court only after the lower court considers his plea.

Prajwal Revanna faces three FIRs related to sexual harassment, along with serious allegations of rape involving multiple women. Following the registration of these cases, the JD(S) had suspended him from the party.
