BJP’s National Joint General Secretary Shiv Prakash held a high-level meeting with Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and senior state party leaders to review ongoing political and organisational strategies. The meeting took place at the Chief Minister’s residence and was attended by State BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt and State General Secretary (Organisation) Ajey Kumar.
During the interaction, Shiv Prakash praised the development initiatives under CM Dhami’s leadership. The Chief Minister shared detailed updates on welfare schemes and their ground-level implementation. A comprehensive discussion followed on the party’s organisational activities and upcoming programmes.
A key focus of the meeting was the preparation for a special training session for the state’s MPs and MLAs scheduled for September. The leaders also strategised on restructuring and expanding the party’s organisational units at both state and district levels to ensure they remain effective, disciplined, and well-connected at the grassroots.
In addition, the leaders reviewed the ongoing three-tier panchayat elections. Discussions were held on the strategy for the second phase and the future roadmap. The party emphasised intensifying public outreach campaigns and strengthening worker mobilisation efforts across the state.
