Uttarkashi Flood: CM Dhami urges nationwide support for disaster relief in Uttarakhand

Dehradun – Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has appealed to citizens, social organisations, industrial bodies, and donors across the country to contribute towards relief efforts for those affected by the recent disasters in Uttarkashi and Pauri. The appeal comes as heavy rains and flooding have caused widespread damage, leaving many in urgent need of rehabilitation support.
For contributions, the state government has provided the details of the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Donations can be made to the State Bank of India, Secretariat Branch, account number 30395954328, IFSC code SBIN0010164. A UPI payment option is also available at cmukrf@sbi. Supporters may donate online by visiting https://cmrf.uk.gov.in and selecting the “Donate Now” option. Additionally, a QR code facility has been provided for faster transactions. The Chief Minister emphasised that every contribution will directly assist in the relief and rehabilitation of disaster-hit families.
