Uttarakhand High Court Orders Large-Scale Transfer of Judges, Notification Issued

Nainital High Court has ordered a major reshuffle of judges across the state, with the Registrar General issuing an official notification. Indu Sharma, Third Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar, has been appointed as Second Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) in the same district. Neha Kushawaha, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital, has been transferred and appointed as Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital, replacing Abhishek Kumar Srivastava. Neeraj Kumar, Fourth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar, will now serve as Third Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) in the same district, replacing Indu Sharma.

Similarly, Ravi Ranjan, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, has been transferred to Nainital as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in place of Neha Kushawaha. Beenu Guliyani, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Nainital, has been reassigned and appointed as Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, Haridwar. Shama Parveen, Fifth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar, will now take over as Fourth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) in the same district.

In addition, Ramesh Chandra, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun, has been promoted to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) cadre, while Meenakshi Sharma, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Purola, Uttarkashi, has also been promoted to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) cadre.
