The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has invited applications for 128 posts of Assistant Teacher (LT) and Special Education Teacher. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website sssc.uk.gov.in from September 17, 2025, to October 7, 2025. A correction window will be available from October 10 to 12. The written exam is expected to be held on January 18, 2026.
Out of the total posts, 74 are for Garhwal division and 54 for Kumaon division. Selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay scale of ₹44,900–₹1,42,400 (Level-07).
Eligibility requires a B.Ed. in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution along with a valid RCI CRR number. Applicants must also have qualified UTET or CTET. The age limit is 21–42 years as of July 1, 2025, with relaxations applicable for reserved categories.
The exam will carry 100 objective questions for a duration of 2 hours. Each wrong answer will result in a 0.25 mark deduction. General and OBC candidates must score at least 45 marks, while SC/ST candidates need a minimum of 35 marks to qualify.
Application fees are ₹300 for General and OBC candidates and ₹150 for SC, ST, EWS, and PwD candidates. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
