Dehradun: As part of Uttarakhand’s Silver Jubilee celebrations, the Department of Skill Development and Employment will organize a mega job fair under the “Skill and Employment Festival 2025” on November 6 at ITI Niranjanpur, Dehradun. The fair aims to provide employment opportunities to youth within India and abroad, with participation expected from over 40 reputed employers.
Companies from sectors such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, services, security, marketing, automobile, and healthcare will offer job openings for candidates ranging from Class 8 pass to postgraduates, including ITI, diploma, D.Pharma, and B.Pharma holders. Additionally, representatives from international organizations will provide information on overseas job opportunities.
The event will also feature sectoral sessions by departments such as Skill Development, Industries, and Tourism. Successful entrepreneurs, experts, and startup founders will share their experiences to inspire youth toward employment and self-employment.
