Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the ‘Ahilya Smriti Marathon – Ek Virasat, Ek Sankalp’ on Wednesday from Pavilion Ground in Dehradun. In a show of enthusiasm, the CM also participated in the run alongside the youth, boosting morale and encouraging fitness among participants.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Dhami emphasized that such events not only promote unity and awareness in society but also contribute to building a healthier and more responsible community.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent figures, including BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt, General Secretary (Organisation) Ajay Kumar, Mayor Saurabh Thapliyal, Metropolitan BJP President Siddharth Agarwal, MLA Bharat Chaudhary, office-bearers Anil Dabbu, Shyam Agarwal, Hem Bajrangi, and BJP Yuva Morcha Metropolitan President Devendra Singh Bisht, among others.
