Pran Pratishtha of 7 Idols on June 5, 101 Acharyas to Lead Rituals

Preparations for the grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya have entered the final stage. Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai shared that the rituals will commence on June 3, and the Pran Pratishtha of seven idols will take place on June 5.

The idols have already reached Ayodhya and have been installed in their respective temples. A grand Kalash Yatra will be held on June 2 from the banks of the Sarayu River to the Ram Mandir, marking the ceremonial beginning of the festivities.

A total of 101 acharyas from Ayodhya and Kashi will perform the religious rituals for the Pran Pratishtha. On June 5, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend the ceremony as the chief guest. Additionally, 20 saints and religious scholars, 15 invited householders, and senior members of the temple trust will be present during the sacred occasion.

Ahead of the main event, a Narmadeshwar Shivling will be installed at the Shiva temple in Kota on May 31, followed by its own Pran Pratishtha ritual on the same day.
