Dehradun – A case has been filed against Bobby Panwar at the Kotwali Nagar police station following a complaint submitted by Kapil Kumar, Senior Private Secretary of the Uttarakhand government. According to the written complaint, Bobby Panwar, along with two associates, allegedly engaged in misbehavior at the Vishwakarma Bhawan office. The complaint details that Panwar and his companions used abusive language, intimidated the Secretary’s staff, and issued death threats. The incident reportedly involved disruption to official government activities.

Based on the complaint, Kotwali Nagar police have registered Case No. 475/24 against Panwar under various sections, including 115(2), 352, 351(3), 121(1), 132, and 221. The registration of the case indicates a formal investigation is underway, with authorities assessing the complaint’s specifics to take further legal action.
