Dehradun Airport has shown significant improvement in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey for Q2 2025 by securing an impressive rating of 4.91, up from 4.81 in Q1. With this, it has ranked 6th among all airports under the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and 62nd globally.
This achievement reflects the airport’s notable progress in areas such as passenger convenience, safety, cleanliness, efficient management, and superior customer service. The ASQ ratings are considered a global benchmark for passenger satisfaction across airport facilities.
