In Raipur’s Phulet village near Maldevta, reports of six people trapped under debris surfaced after a house collapsed. Police and SDRF teams faced severe challenges in reaching the site, taking nearly seven hours to cover the 16 km uphill path with heavy rescue equipment.
By the time the team arrived around 7 pm, darkness and lack of electricity made rescue operations impossible. SDRF resumed efforts the next morning. Locals fear people may be trapped inside, though some claim the house was already vacated. The truth will only emerge once the rescue concludes.
