A major fire incident occurred in the state capital Dehradun on Tuesday afternoon. The blaze broke out at Gautam International School (Sri Chaitanya School Techno Curriculum) located in Indira Nagar, Vasant Vihar. At the time of the incident, students were present inside the premises. Firefighters immediately reached the spot and began efforts to control the flames.
According to initial information, the fire started around 1:30 pm in the school’s storeroom. As soon as the staff noticed the smoke, panic spread across the campus. The children were quickly evacuated to safety, preventing any casualties. Fire department teams are working to douse the flames and ensure the fire does not spread further.
