Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister for Health and Education, Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, is set to begin a five-day tour of the Garhwal region starting today. The minister’s visit will focus on reviewing the preparations for the ongoing Char Dham Yatra in Chamoli district and inaugurating various development projects across the region.
The tour will commence from the Srinagar Assembly constituency, where on Tuesday, Dr. Rawat will lay the foundation stone for flood protection works in Simkhet.
On Wednesday, he is scheduled to participate in several public programs at Kalgadi Malli and interact with local residents. He will also inaugurate the newly constructed building of Government Inter College Kalon and the multipurpose Panchayat Bhawan at Patoti. Additionally, he will lay the foundation stone for approved construction and beautification works at Primary School Kalon and Chhamgaon.
On Thursday, the cabinet minister will visit Bhuvaneshwari, where he will attend a special event at Brigadier Vidyadhar Juyal Sanskrit School. There, he will take part in the Mangala Snan and Yagyopaveet Sanskar ceremony for newly admitted students and offer them blessings for their academic journey.
