Ganesh Joshi interacts with soldiers, lauds Armed forces

LANDSDOWNE, 4 Oct:  Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi visited the Lansdowne Cantonment Board on Saturday. During the visit, he also inspected the Army Mess and interacted with soldiers over tea, sharing experiences from his own military service.

The Minister reviewed the facilities and arrangements for soldiers and said that the role of the Armed forces in safeguarding the nation is of the highest importance. He emphasized that the government is continuously working towards the welfare and well-being of soldiers.

On this occasion, Joshi also met with Agniveer trainees and reviewed their training. He encouraged them by stressing that dedication and discipline should be the guiding principles of life in the service of the nation.

Commandant of the Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre, Brigadier Vinod Singh Negi, was also present on the occasion.
