Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for fulfilling his Independence Day promise of giving citizens a gift before Diwali through GST reforms. He said the Prime Minister has exempted over 175 products from GST, benefiting farmers, middle-class families, and students.
According to Dhami, essential items for farmers will now become cheaper, while the middle class and students will also see financial relief. He added that this reform will bring prosperity and strengthen the country’s economy ahead of the festive season. The Chief Minister extended gratitude to the Prime Minister for the decision.
