A tragic accident occurred at Dehradun’s Lachhiwala Toll Plaza near Dehradun on Monday morning around 7:30 AM. A truck loaded with mining materials lost control and crashed into several vehicles, leaving two people dead on the spot.
The collision was severe, crushing one car between the truck and a pole. The impact resulted in the vehicle being completely mangled. Emergency responders and police rushed to the scene.
Authorities confirmed that the truck driver has been arrested, and the identities of the deceased have been established. Their families have been informed. Further investigations are underway.
