A major landslide occurred on Wednesday morning near Garud Chatti Bridge on the Neelkanth Road, blocking nearly 30 meters of the route. Authorities suspect that a truck may have been buried under the debris or fallen into the river.
According to officials, two people are reported missing while two others sustained injuries and have been taken to the hospital. Rescue operations are underway, with JCB machines clearing the debris and SDRF teams conducting a search mission. SDRF Inspector Kavindra Sajwan confirmed the details and said efforts are being made to trace the missing persons.
