Spiritual Essence Over Glamour
Mahant Dharmendra Das, head of Udasin Akhara Bandhua Kala Chhawani and president of the All India Udasin Sampradayik Sangat, emphasized that Mahakumbh is not about glamour or luxury but a sacred center of faith, asceticism, and devotion. He expressed concern over the viral discussions overshadowing the spiritual essence of the event, stating that Mahakumbh is meant for inner purification and spiritual practice rather than publicity for celebrities.
