A four-digit toll-free helpline number will soon be launched to assist with queries and concerns related to the 38th National Games. The helpline will provide round-the-clock service, ensuring seamless communication and support for athletes, coaches, and the public during the event.
The National Games Secretariat has written to the Ministry of Communications requesting the activation of the service from January 10 to February 28, 2024. The games are scheduled to take place from January 28 to February 14 across various locations.
According to Amit Sinha, CEO of the Games Secretariat, the helpline will address issues like event schedules, emergency services, and event-related grievances. Uttarakhand Sports Minister Rekha Arya emphasized that this initiative aims to enhance convenience for all stakeholders. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed gratitude to the central government for its support in organizing the event.
