Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla is scheduled to visit Mussoorie tomorrow, where he will address officer trainees at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). He will arrive at Jolly Grant Airport at 9:45 AM and reach Mussoorie by 11:30 AM. The Speaker will return to Delhi the same day.
The address is part of the ongoing 127th Induction Training Programme, designed specifically for officers promoted from State Civil Services to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). A total of 97 officers from 19 states are participating in the programme, including 73 male and 24 female officers.
This training initiative is aligned with the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat @2047’ and the transformative goals of ‘Mission Karmayogi’. It aims to facilitate a seamless transition for officers from state-level administrative roles to leadership positions of national significance.
