Operation Sindoor: Indian MPs to Expose Pakistan Globally

Following Operation Sindoor, the Indian government has decided to send an all-party parliamentary delegation abroad to expose Pakistan’s misinformation campaigns. Around 30 MPs are expected to travel to different countries over a span of 10 days starting next week. The move aims to counter Pakistan’s false narratives surrounding the recent Pahalgam incident and Operation Sindoor.

India has reached out to various political parties, including those in opposition, to nominate their MPs for this mission. Several parties have already agreed to participate. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) will brief the MPs before departure and provide them with diplomatic and strategic insights for their visits.

Despite Pakistan’s continuous false claims, it has received little international support. However, nations like China and Türkiye have shown some alignment with its stance, prompting India to launch this diplomatic offensive.

Parties Participating
MPs from BJP, Congress, TMC, DMK, NCP (SP), JDU, BJD, CPI(M), and others are expected to be part of this mission. According to sources, the MPs have been asked to be ready for departure between May 22 and 23. The MEA will provide the complete itinerary and briefings in due course.
