President Droupadi Murmu will address the joint session of Parliament on January 31 at 11 a.m., formally inaugurating the Budget Session 2025. The session will be conducted in two phases:

The discussion on the President’s address will take place on February 3, 4, and 6, followed by the government’s reply on February 6. To ensure smooth proceedings, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has scheduled an all-party meeting on January 30, urging the opposition to contribute constructively to the discussions.
