Professor Naveen Chandra Lohani has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Uttarakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani. The official order was issued by the Governor of Uttarakhand on Wednesday.
According to the order, Prof. Lohani currently serves as Senior Professor and Head of the Hindi Department at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He will assume charge at UOU for a term of three years or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
