In Ayodhya, security around the Ram Janmabhoomi complex is set to be reinforced with new measures modeled on “Operation Sindoor.” A permanent security committee meeting was held on Thursday, followed by a statement from Champat Rai, General Secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
The meeting, which lasted for nearly two and a half hours, was attended by committee members including Anil Mishra and special invitee Gopal Rao. Ahead of the discussions, officials conducted a ground survey of the security arrangements. The review focused on previously recommended steps while exploring additional measures.
Key highlights included strengthening the three-layered security system, enhancing drone surveillance, and ensuring tighter vigilance over the Sarayu river area. Authorities emphasized that the safety of Ayodhya and the Ram Mandir remains the topmost priority, with a commitment to implement stronger and more advanced monitoring systems.
