Shrinagar – Tragic Accident on Pandula-Maikhadi Motor Road, Three Dead, One Injured

Srinagar (Garhwal), September 18: A tragic accident occurred on the Pandula-Maikhadi motor road near Srinagar, Garhwal. A Max vehicle veered off the road and fell into a deep gorge, resulting in the death of three passengers. One individual was injured and rushed to the base hospital for treatment.

The accident took place around 4:00 PM between Semla and Katal, where the Max vehicle, reportedly en route to Newli, lost control and plunged into the gorge. Upon receiving the news, locals, police, and the revenue team immediately initiated rescue efforts and retrieved the bodies.

The deceased have been identified as Pankaj Fodni (36), a resident of Newli, and Ramesh Lal (40) and Ganesh Miya (31), both from Amaroli. Manoj (29), also from Amaroli, survived the accident but sustained injuries.
