Dehradun: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the UKSSSC graduate-level exam paper leak has written to the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission seeking details of documents submitted by accused Khalid while applying for four examination centres. The SIT has asked for copies of all supporting documents attached with each form.
On Thursday, investigators also recreated the crime scene with Khalid, adding it to the case diary as documentary evidence. Meanwhile, the SIT is awaiting the forensic report of Khalid’s seized mobile phone. His Call Detail Records (CDR) have also been requested, as Khalid had reset his phone before his arrest.
Police believe the CDR could provide crucial leads in the investigation. To verify whether Khalid and his sister Sabia had any additional accomplices near the exam centres, investigators are analysing dump data from the area.
