The Uttarakhand government has handed over the investigation of the UKSSSC graduate-level recruitment exam paper leak to a Special Investigation Team (SIT). The SIT will function under the supervision of a sitting judge and submit its report within one month.
Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan informed the media that the SIT will examine every aspect of how the examination paper was leaked from one of the centers. He also said that until the probe is complete, the government has requested the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) to put the recruitment process on hold.
