The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has revised the proposed schedule of seven examinations. The changes were made after requests from candidates and to ensure smoother administrative arrangements for conducting the examinations.
The revised schedule was issued by the commission in an update to the examination programme released on August 25, 2026.
Under the revised schedule, the examination for Livestock Extension Officer and Surveyor will now be held on October 18. It was earlier proposed for September 20.
Meanwhile, the examination for Adventure Sports Officer, Cameraman and Technical Assistant (History) has been moved to September 20. It was earlier scheduled for October 18.
The commission has also revised the examination date for Assistant Accountant (Various Departments) and Personal Assistant (Various Departments). Both examinations are now proposed to be conducted on November 1.
Correction in 2027 Examination Date
The commission has also issued a clarification regarding the examination for various posts related to science subjects.
According to UKSSSC, the date January 17, 2026, was mentioned incorrectly in the examination schedule. Candidates have been informed that the date should be read as January 17, 2027.
Candidates preparing for the affected examinations should check the revised schedule carefully and make preparations according to the updated dates.
