DEHRADUN, 5 Nov: In a great addition to the silver jubilee celebrations of Uttarakhand on 9th November, Anandiben Patel, Governor of UP and a former CM, Gujarat, who has earned title of “Raj Bhavan to Lok Bhavan’ transformer for the benefit of poor children and the “Lioness’ of Op Sindoor fame Col Sofiya Qureshi are coming to Dehradun to address the city youth on 9th November at the Tribal gurukul, ITITI-Doon Sanskriti School (Jhajhra ). Giving this information the director of the school Ritwik Vijay said that the two great luminaries are coming to celebrate Op Sindoor, pay tributes to the warriors of Uttarakhand and felicitate Veer Naris of the state . The event is being taken place to enhance the values of scientific temper and inculcate a love for science in collaboration with UCOST, the state’s premier organisation for science and technology.
The Governor of Uttar Pradesh shall be paying tributes to the fallen soldiers of the state at Shaurya sthal and later visit the unique tribal school that was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Several vice chancellors and top brass of the armed forces, gentleman cadets are attending the event. Special invites have been sent to university and college students and faculties to listen to the motivational speech of Col Qureshi.
