Dehradun: Following the state’s silver jubilee celebrations, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has intensified his direct communication with the public. On Tuesday, he listened to grievances and suggestions from citizens across the state during the *Janata Milan* programme held at the Main Sevak Sadan, CM Camp Office.
The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure prompt action on complaints and demands received from the public and to establish a stronger feedback mechanism. He emphasized that such platforms should be used to bring the administration closer to the people.
Dhami stated that the government’s goal is to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of public issues. He instructed departments to act responsibly, maintaining an active and sensitive approach in line with public expectations. He also called for simplifying and digitizing grievance redressal procedures to make them more transparent and accessible.
