The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released the annual recruitment calendar for 2025-26, announcing examinations for 1,098 Group-C posts across various departments. The schedule outlines tentative dates for advertisements and examinations for direct recruitments.
As per the programme, advertisements for 124 posts of Forester will be published on 28 October 2025, with the examination scheduled from 5 April 2026. The typing and shorthand tests for Assistant Review Officer and Personal Assistant will begin on 17 November 2025. Interviews for 20 posts of members in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission will start on 15 December 2025.
In the Secondary Education Department, 128 posts of Assistant Teacher LT (Special Education) will be advertised on 12 September 2025, with examinations from 18 January 2026. For 62 technical posts requiring special qualifications, the advertisement will be released on 26 September 2025 and exams will be held from 1 February 2026.
For 37 driver posts across departments, the advertisement will be issued on 15 October 2025, followed by examinations from 22 February 2026 and driving skill tests from 7 April 2026. Recruitment for 212 posts in Agriculture (Intermediate and Graduate level) will be advertised on 31 October 2025, with exams from 15 March 2026. Similarly, 36 posts of Assistant Accountant will be advertised on 14 November 2025, with the examination scheduled on 29 March 2026.
General Group-C recruitment, including Junior Assistant, Personal Assistant and other posts, will cover 386 vacancies, with the advertisement released on 5 December 2025 and exams from 10 May 2026. For 41 technical posts requiring ITI, diploma, or degree qualifications, the advertisement will be published on 24 December 2025, with the exam on 31 May 2026.
In addition, advertisements for four science-related posts (Intermediate and Graduate level) will be released on 7 January 2026, with exams from 7 June 2026. For 48 graduate-level posts in various departments, advertisements will be published on 21 January 2026 and exams from 21 June 2026. Typing and shorthand tests for other positions will begin on 30 June 2026.
UKSSSC Secretary Dr. Shiv Kumar Barnwal clarified that the entire programme is tentative, and vacancies or exam dates may be revised under unavoidable circumstances.
