DEHRADUN, 25 Oct: Representatives of Uttaranchal Gramin Bank called at Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s camp office here on Saturday, where the bank formally handed over a contribution of Rs 35,49,371 towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The donation is intended to support relief and reconstruction efforts for communities affected by recent disasters in Uttarakhand.
On this occasion, the CM conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the bank’s management for their generous support, emphasising that such contributions play a vital role in accelerating rehabilitation and rebuilding initiatives. He remarked that the spirit of cooperation demonstrated by various sections of society is praiseworthy and significantly aids in extending timely succour to those in distress.
Also present during the occasion included the bank’s Chairman Harihar Patnaik, along with Rajeev Prakash, Bharti Naudiyal, Harish Kandari, and Mahipal Dasila, who joined in reaffirming the institution’s commitment to social responsibility and solidarity with the people of Uttarakhand.
