PM Modi explained that a leader must be disciplined, help others, and understand their difficulties. Using an example, he stated that if a class monitor fails to be punctual or complete homework, they won’t be accepted as a leader. True leadership is earned through actions and behavior.

He advised students that a good leader must work with the team and empathize with others. He introduced the principle ‘Jahan Kam, Wahan Hum’, meaning one should lead where there is a need. He emphasized that a leader’s success depends on the trust people place in them.
Self-Improvement and Facing Challenges
PM Modi urged students to face their challenges and focus on self-improvement. He illustrated this with an example: if a student scores 30 marks, they should aim for 35 in the next attempt. This gradual progress is the key to achieving long-term goals.
