The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 results, with 88.39% of students passing the exam. This year, around 17.88 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board exams held between 15 February and 4 April. In total, nearly 42 lakh students participated in both Class 10 and 12 exams combined.
After the result announcement, students can access their mark sheets online through various platforms. However, these are provisional. For the original mark sheet—mandatory for higher education and official purposes—students must collect it from their respective schools. Schools usually notify students in advance once original documents are available.
Students can check their results using multiple channels:
- Official websites: Visit cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.gov.in and enter the roll number.
- SMS: Send an SMS in the prescribed format to get the result directly on mobile.
- IVRS/Call: Use the Interactive Voice Response System to hear the result.
- DigiLocker: Log in to the DigiLocker app or website to access the digital mark sheet and certificate.
- UMANG App: The UMANG mobile application also allows students to check their results.
