The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has postponed the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Main Examination (Written) 2024 until further notice. This decision follows a directive from the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital, in response to Writ Petition No. 704 (M/S) of 2024, filed by Himanshu Tomar against the Uttarakhand State Government and others.
The exam, originally scheduled to be conducted from November 16 (Saturday) to November 19 (Tuesday), 2024, in various centers across Haridwar and Haldwani, will now be held at a later date. The UKPSC has announced that the revised schedule for the examination will be provided soon on the official website and through daily newspapers.
