Dehradun – Two separate incidents disturbed Dehradun on Sunday night. Outside Gate No. 5 of Doon Hospital, a man was shot and seriously injured, while near Araghar, a speeding car ran over two police personnel.
According to reports, the shooting occurred around 3:30 a.m. at the hospital’s Gate No. 5, where a youth named Dishant sustained a gunshot wound under suspicious circumstances. He was immediately rushed to the emergency ward of Doon Hospital with a bullet injury to his abdomen. Doctors later referred him to another medical facility due to his critical condition.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident near Araghar, a car allegedly hit and ran over two police officers. Both sustained injuries, and further details about the vehicle and suspects are being investigated. Police have launched inquiries into both incidents to determine the causes and motives.
