Areas under the Raipur region—such as Kirshali Chowk, IT Park, Nanurkheda, Aamwala, Tapovan, and Shanti Vihar—were part of his inspection route, where he interacted with residents and listened to their difficulties caused by waterlogging and infrastructure issues.

Dhami assured citizens that safeguarding public life is the state government’s foremost concern. He instructed district officials to extend every necessary relief to those affected and emphasized strengthening drainage systems, especially in areas prone to water accumulation. Regular maintenance and cleaning of drains were stressed to prevent further blockages.

He also directed that cautionary signage be installed in sensitive zones and urged departments to enhance preparedness. Police and other line departments were placed on high alert, with the Chief Minister highlighting the importance of swift response during emergencies. He urged officials to reduce response times and make all efforts to protect lives and property in vulnerable areas.
