Delhi Assembly Elections: Voting on February 5, Results on Feb 8

The Delhi Assembly Elections 2025 will be held on February 5, with results announced on February 8, according to Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar. Voting will take place across 70 assembly constituencies, with over 13,000 polling booths set up to ensure a smooth election process.

Delhi has a total of 1,55,24,858 registered voters, comprising 85,49,645 male, 71,73,952 female, and 2 lakh first-time voters.

Political Landscape
AAP leader Manish Sisodia expressed confidence in retaining power, emphasizing the party’s commitment to public welfare. In the previous election, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) secured a landslide victory with 62 seats, while the BJP won 8 seats. The Congress party, however, failed to secure a single seat.

With the elections around the corner, all parties are gearing up for intense campaigning to win over Delhi’s electorate.
