Graphic Era startup connects agriculture with AI

Garhwal Post Bureau
Dehradun, 7 Nov: A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) has been signed between HydroAgrics AI, a startup incubated at Graphic Era TBI, and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR–IARI) to promote technological innovation and smart farming in India.
Under this MoA, an AI-based automatic nutrient dosing system will be developed to give a new direction to agriculture. This collaboration aims to make farming more accurate, efficient, and sustainable. The technology will conduct real-time analysis of pH, EC, temperature, and water quality, ensuring the automatic supply of nutrients according to the plant’s growth stage and needs.
Additionally, through IoT and mobile control systems, farmers will be able to operate and monitor farming remotely. This initiative will not only promote hydroponics and urban farming, but also will also help farmers and modern agri-entrepreneurs move toward future-ready, smart, and climate-resilient agriculture.
The MoA was signed in the presence of Joint Director of ICAR–IARI Dr. C. Viswanathan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HydroAgrics AI Dr. Abhishek Sharma, and Co-Founder Bhanu Sharma.
