Extensive health arrangements have been completed for the upcoming Kedarnath Yatra, with the department deploying a strong medical network along the trekking route to ensure the safety of pilgrims.
From Gaurikund to Kedarnath, medical relief centers have been set up at key locations including Sonprayag, Bhim Bali, Jungle Chatti and Linchauli. In addition, full-fledged health centers are operational at both Gaurikund and Kedarnath.
Around 200 health personnel, including 30 doctors, 25 pharmacists, and over 30 nursing and support staff, have been deployed across the route. These teams will provide round-the-clock medical services at major توقف points and health centers.
To handle emergencies, 12 ambulances will remain stationed along the route at all times. Adequate arrangements of oxygen cylinders and portable oxygen units have also been ensured for immediate response.
Medical relief posts have been established at intervals of every two kilometers along the trekking route from Sonprayag to Kedarnath. These units are linked with major health facilities in Rudraprayag district, including centers at Tilwara, Agastyamuni, Guptkashi, and Phata.
Key medical response points have been set up at locations such as Sonprayag, Chauri, Chirbasa, Jungle Chatti, Bhimbali, Rambara, Chhoti Linchauli, Badi Linchauli, Bhairav Glacier, Rudra Point, and the base camp.

Officials stated that the health department is committed to providing uninterrupted medical services to both pilgrims and local residents during the yatra period. Additional medical officers from other districts and medical colleges have also been deployed to further strengthen healthcare services this year.
