Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav made a significant announcement in Bihar CM Nitish Kumar’s home district, Nalanda, declaring that Tejashwi Yadav will be the next Chief Minister at any cost. Addressing a gathering, Lalu Yadav promised ₹2,500 financial aid for women, free electricity, and employment opportunities if the RJD forms the government.
Lalu Yadav attended a program in Islampur, Nalanda, marking the death anniversary of former MLA Krishna Ballabh Prasad. He urged RJD workers to stay united for the upcoming elections. Senior RJD leaders, including National General Secretary Abdul Bari Siddiqui, former Union Minister Jayaprakash Narayan Yadav, and state spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav, were also present at the event.
