Chamoli. Reliance Industries Chairman and industrialist Mukesh Ambani visited the sacred shrines of Badrinath and Kedarnath on Monday, where he offered prayers for the country’s peace, prosperity and well-being.
According to Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) Media In-charge Dr. Harish Gaur, Ambani first visited Badrinath Dham in the morning, where temple committee officials welcomed him and presented him with traditional prasad.
During his visit, Ambani donated a total of ₹10 crore to the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee. The contribution includes ₹5 crore for development and management works at Badrinath Dham and another ₹5 crore for Kedarnath Dham.
BKTC Chairman Hemant Dwivedi said the Ambani family has deep faith in Lord Badrivishal and Baba Kedarnath. He noted that, like previous years, Mukesh Ambani has extended financial support to the temple committee through a ₹10 crore donation. The committee expressed gratitude for his continued contribution toward the management and development of the two revered shrines.

Several BKTC officials and representatives were present during the visit, including Vice Chairman Rishi Prasad Sati, members Dhiraj Maunu Panchbhaiya and Rajneesh Bhatt, Chief Executive Officer Sohan Singh Rangar, Officer-in-Charge Girish Chauhan, former member Bhaskar Dimri, Dharmadhikari Swayambar Semwal, Pramod Nautiyal and Bhupendra Rawat. Temple committee members welcomed Ambani and thanked him for his support.
